Jabilabs is a creative design studio based in the Philippines. We design and produce home décor, lifestyle products, corporate giveaways, and event souvenirs using additive manufacturing. Every piece is made with intention, layer by layer, in our Pasay City workshop.
From a gift to a studio
At a young age, I was thirteen when I discovered 3D printing. Back then it was not the plug-and-play hobby it is today. The skill ceiling just to get started was high, and it took me about two years of tinkering, failing, and learning before I could actually use, and eventually build, my own printers. And that was the part I loved most. The machines themselves were the hook: the building, the troubleshooting, the slow process of making a printer my own.
I was a hobbyist before anything else. It was just something fun, until I realized it could quietly fund my other hobbies too. My very first printer was a Snapmaker Original, gifted to me by a friend around 2016 to 2017. That gift is genuinely where everything started.
Then, for a while, it stopped. From around 2020 to 2023 I stepped away from making things. I was not designing, was not building, was not creating much of anything. Life took over, and the part of me that loved this craft went quiet. Looking back, that gap mattered. Stepping away made it clear how much I missed it.
When I came back in 2023, I made a decision: this time I would try to take on real clients, partly to fund the other hobbies I cared about. The people closest to me were among the first to appreciate the things I made. Then came my first real client, someone who asked me to design something functional, not just decorative. Seeing my own idea hold up out in the real world changed how I saw the whole thing.
As I grew, I stopped treating 3D printing as a single craft and started folding in everything else I cared about: software development, tech, custom hardware, film-making, cinematography. When a regular laptop could not do what I needed, I designed and printed my own, a custom portable computer built for the kind of tech and security projects I was into. Additive manufacturing became the bridge between all my disciplines, not just one of them.
That is why Jabilabs is not just a 3D printing company. It is a design studio that happens to use additive manufacturing as its medium. We started from a love of building things, and that has not changed, only now we build them with you. You bring the idea, we bring the craft, and together we figure out how to give it form. It is in our logo too: the hidden "j" is the dreamer who shows up with an idea and trusts us to take it the rest of the way.

The diamond holds three letters. Two are easy to find: J and L. But look closer. There is a small, quiet "j" tucked inside the structure.
That little j is you, the dreamer who arrived with an idea and trusted us to make it real. You are not outside what we build. You are woven into the very mark we carry.
It is also a letter still becoming, lowercase, unhurried, with its dot still floating above it like a thought not yet fully formed. Because at Jabilabs, no story is ever finished. There is always a next version, a next marvel, a next possibility just out of reach, and that is exactly where we love to work.
And at its heart, that small "j" is the child who started all of this, the one who looked at the world and thought, I want to build that. Long before the studio, before the craft, before the marvels, there was just a kid with a dream and hands eager to make it real.
That child still lives in the logo. That is why we build.
