These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jabilabs website and any custom orders or quote requests you submit. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

All orders are quote-based. We do not publish prices on this website. Every quote is tailored to the design, material, quantity, and timeline of your request. A quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is not a confirmed order until you accept it and we confirm production.

Custom designs

When you request a custom design, we work with you on previews and revisions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to reproduce any design, logo, image, or reference you provide. We will not produce items that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.

Production and timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in your quote and are estimates, not guarantees. Rush production is available on select items. We will communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

Quality and returns

Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our studio. If you receive an item with a defect caused by our production, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Custom designs approved before production are not eligible for return based on design preferences.

Corporate orders

Corporate giveaways require a minimum of 40 pieces. A physical sample can be produced for approval before bulk production. Full-batch production begins only after you approve the sample or digital preview.

Limitation of liability

Jabilabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
